Easy to get to by road and rail, only one hour from Geneva airport, Thermes-Parc is your skiing-thermal baths village for the PORTES DU SOLEIL.
In October 2010, the new thermal bath centre at Val-d’Illiez opened its doors to the public, and now welcomes you all year round. This new-generation complex with the latest state-of-the-art equipment still retains the traditional style and charm of a mountain chalet, and places an emphasis on the use of fine materials such as wood and stone.
Just walk right in! Les Portes du Soleil or ‘Gateway to the Sun’ is wide open, and in winter welcomes you to the largest skiing area in the whole of Europe with 650 km of slopes covering twelve resorts and two countries. A real natural reserve of sunshine and powder snow, Thermes-Parc is only ten minutes away from the Champéry, Les Crosets and the Champoussin ski lifts.
In summer as throughout the year, the thermal springs gush naturally into the pools. The water has a very high sulphur, calcium and magnesium content. It is particularly recommended for the treatment of skin ailments, cardiovascular disease and joint disorders. Numerous testimonies from the bathers themselves and also from doctors confirm the beneficial effects of this water.
Thermes-Parc is a true thermal bath village, which offers its customers an avant-garde complex, eleven hectares of greenery, chalet style apartment buildings, a restaurant, a snack bar, a shopping arcade, and in summer 2013 a 120-rooms hotel.
